Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service total.
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will be applied.
LATE POLICY
A 7-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 7 minutes late will result in automatic appointment cancellation and will be treated as a late cancellation/no-show.
NO EXTRA GUEST
No extra guests are allowed in the suite under any circumstances. This includes children, friends, or partners. This policy is in place to maintain a professional, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients.
